Christophe L. DiFalco - Chairman, CEO - Miami & New York"Christophe L. DiFalco Chairman, CEO Mr. DiFalco is the Chairman and CEO of the DiFalco Group. Mr. DiFalco has been involved in all phases of the firm’s investments and is responsible for the firm’s expansion into Latin America. Under Mr. DiFalco’s leadership, the firm has broadened its initial platform as a real estate centric family office solely based in the United States to a preeminent participant in strategic partnerships and investments within Latin America, most notably Brazil and Argentina. Mr. DiFalco is also a licensed attorney in New York and Connecticut, and admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He is the co-founder and managing partner of DiFalco, Fernandez & Kaplan, where his primary fields of concentration correlate to his leadership of the DiFalco Group. Those fields include, general corporate and private equity advisory work, corporate securities, mergers & acquisitions, entity structuring (both internationally and domestically), and all aspects of commercial real estate. Mr. DiFalco is also a supporter of various charitable and social endeavors in New York and Miami, including the Columbus Citizens Foundation, of which his grandfather and father were founders, the Perez Art Museum, of which he is a Patron and a Charter Member, the New York Athletic Club, the Faena Rose Group, of which he is a founding member, Ransom Everglades High School, and others. Mr. DiFalco holds a B.A. from Amherst College and J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Timothy Enright - COO & Member of the Board of Directors - Miami & New YorkTimothy Enright COO & Member of the Board of Directors Mr. Enright is Chief Operating Officer of The DiFalco Group and actively involved in the investment process, assessing deals and monitoring portfolio companies, from due diligence to transaction structuring and exit. He is a member of the Board of Directors and sits on its Management Committee and a number of investment committees, including serving as Chairman of the Technology Committee as well as the Real Estate group’s North American investment committee. Mr. Enright's initial role at the DiFalco group was focused on sourcing and investing in value-add real estate opportunities with a focus on retail, office and mixed-use classes. Mr. Enright began his career working with Fortune 10 companies including General Electric where he focused on Application migration and consolidation and making the world of technology transparent to the corporate trademark and international patent Legal organization. Mr. Enright moved from corporate into the higher education vertical when he co-founded a software company which pioneered e-Marketing and CRM Applications for Colleges and Universities. He successfully worked with both domestic and international campuses, including writing deals with several large State Systems. He assisted with the sale of the company to the leading ERP provider in higher education, where he maintains a role with strategic account cultivation and management. Mr. Enright is a founding member of the 21st Century Fund, active with the Buffalo City Mission, Albright-Knox Art Gallery, New York Metropolitan Museum of Art, among other organizations. Mr. Enright received his BA from Amherst College.

Ignacio José MarÃa Sáenz Valiente, Jr. - Member of the Board of Directors - Argentina & Miami"Ignacio José MarÃa Sáenz Valiente, Jr. Member of the Board of Directors Mr. Sáenz Valiente has been Secretary and President of Tescorp Acquisition Corporation, a subsidiary of SuperCanal Holding S.A. since September, 1997. Mr. Valiente serves as Partner of the Saenz Valiente & Padilla law firm. He has 16 years of professional experience. Mr. Sáenz Valiente specialises in corporate law, particularly local and international acquisitions and wealth management. He has been Vice President of Board of Directors of Cablevisión Holding S.A. since April 26, 2018. He serves as member of the board of directors of various companies, including GC Dominio S.A., Grupo Benicio S.A., Geisha Bienes RaÃces S.A., Purity Polo S.A., Grupo A1 SRL, Green Armor S.A., ENVO Biogas Tonder As/p, Envo Biogas AAbenraa As/p and Telecom. Mr. Valiente served as Chairman of Multicanal from 1993 to 1994. He has been a Director at Telecom Argentina S.A., since January 01, 2018. He has been a Director of SuperCanal Holding S.A. since July 1996 and has been Director of Tescorp Acquisition Corporation since September, 1997. Since 1996, he serves as a Director of various Companies in the Multi-Channel Television Industry that were acquired by Multicanal. He is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and partner at the Argentine law firm Saénz Valiente & Asociados.

Eduardo S. Savastano - Member of the Board of Directors - Miami & ArgentinaEduardo S. Savastano Member of the Board of Directors Mr. Savastano is the Founder and CEO of Aires Capital Wealth Management a SEC fully registered investment firm which has assets under management for over $ 1 billion. Mr Savastano is a founding partner of Aires Capital Investments, a platform for private equity investments in mid-sized companies in Latin America whose portfolio companies include, amongst other, equity participation in Etiqueta Negra, Gola (Argentina), Ecogas, Delta (e-commerce platform), Cytpo Patagonia and Magna Asset Management - an investment fund manager in Argentina, fully registered in the CNV (Comision Nacional de Valores). Mr. Savastano previously worked in Citibank for over 13 years. He started working as credit analyst and shortly became banker for Corporate and Investment Bank, responsible for general corporate and private equity advisory work, mergers & acquisitions transaction, and all aspects of corporate banking. During 2008 and 2009, he was Director of Commercial banking SME (Small and Medium Enterprises), he then became Director of Citigold in Argentina and is responsible for the firm’s expansion in the country, leading the premium individual banking industry. He then moved to Miami, where he practiced as Head of Private Banking for South America. Mr. Savastano is also a supporter of various charitable and social endeavors in Argentina, including the COAS Foundation (Cooperadora de Acción Social) and Saldivar Foundation. Mr. Savastano holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina Santa MarÃa de los Buenos Aires.
