Direct Investment

We invest our own capital directly into deals we originate or source. Real assets, operating businesses, emerging market opportunities — we take a principal position, get active inside the deal, and drive it from the inside. No intermediary. No passive check.

GP / LP Structure

We build custom GP/LP vehicles around your deal or ours — architecting the structure, coordinating the capital stack from multiple sources, and closing as GP. You bring the opportunity and operating expertise. We bring the structure and the capital around it.

Preferred Equity

Where the structure calls for it, we invest as preferred equity — directly or through a newly formed vehicle. Flexible on structure. Consistent on one thing: we take an active role in everything we touch. That's not positioning — it's how we actually work.
