These deals are too small for institutions and not the right fit for conventional financing. That's exactly where we operate — below the institutional competitive set, where deal quality is high, relationships matter more than mandates, and showing up early counts.
Real estate and hard assets sit at the core of our deal activity. We focus on value-driven acquisitions, development plays, and operating businesses anchored in real property — with a particular emphasis on markets where supply constraints and capital scarcity create durable upside.
We are building a targeted presence in high-conviction emerging markets — starting with Latin America, where decades of relationship capital and first-mover positioning create deal flow that doesn't show up on a Bloomberg screen.
